MATERIALS & CARE:
Shoes should not be worn in or around water. The materials found in these walkers are recommended for casual use in dry climates and are not waterproof or treated for excessive moisture.

To care for your velvet walkers and keep them looking their best, we recommend gentle, dry cleaning methods. Start by using a suede brush or soft-bristled brush to remove surface dirt, always brushing in the same direction.

For tougher spots or scuffs, we recommend spot cleaning as the safest method. If water does not clean to your liking, mix a few drops of mild detergent or gentle dish soap with warm water, and always test your cleaning solution on a small, inconspicuous area of the upper before applying it more broadly. Once tested, use a soft cloth or brush to gently scrub the knit in circular motions, being careful not to soak the material. Wipe away any soap residue with a clean, damp cloth. 

Allow your shoes to air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat, and use shoe trees or paper stuffing to help maintain their shape. Avoid soaking, scrubbing, or machine washing to preserve the delicate velvet finish.

To clean the outsole, simply wipe it with a damp cloth or use a non-abrasive sponge, such as a magic eraser, to remove dirt and scuff marks without damaging the material.
