Shipping/Processing: Due to COVID-19 and the ongoing disruption to business operations, please allow for possible delays with fulfillment and shipping carriers. We apologize for any inconvenience, and are working diligently to maintain expectations with delivery turn-around. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Extended Holiday Return Period: orders placed between November 15th and December 15th, 2022 have an extended return period through January 15th, 2023. All other orders will follow our regular 30 day return/exchange period.

Easy Exchanges & Returns – US orders (excludes Puerto Rico)

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We welcome returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days of the original order date. For exchanges or returns within the United States click here to request and print a prepaid return shipping label. All items returned or exchanged must be in brand new, unworn condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for refund, excluding original shipping costs. Socks that have been tried on are not eligible for a return/exchange for sanitary purposes. Our complete policy can be found below.

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you will love your Harmony 783 grounding footwear, but if you would like to exchange or return your item we will gladly accept shoes in brand new, unworn condition and in the original packaging. All items must be in a condition that would be acceptable to send to another customer. We reserve the right to reject or reduce the amount of any refund or exchange value if the product shows any signs of wear or alteration.

Socks that have been tried on are not eligible for a return/exchange for sanitary purposes. For socks to be eligible for a return, they must be in perfect condition and still in their original packaging.

All returns must be sent within 30 days of the original order confirmation date. Returns outside this timeframe will be considered non-returnable.

As part of our Harmony 783 Promise, we process returns as quickly as possible, although it may take up to 14 business days from the time of receiving your item(s) for your return to be inspected, processed and credited back to you.

Return shipping and handling fees are listed below. These charges are less than our actual costs, but they help support Harmony 783 in our mission to provide new and improved styles of Luxe Grounding Footwear. These costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note: we do not refund original shipping costs.

For Returns from the Continental USA:

  • Return for Store Credit: $4.95 shipping and handling fee
  • Return to Original Payment Method: $7.95 shipping and handling fee
  • Exchange: $4.95 shipping and handling fee

For Returns from Hawaii and Alaska:

  • Return for Store Credit: $14.95 shipping and handling fee
  • Return to Original Payment Method: $17.95 shipping and handling fee
  • Exchange: $14.95 shipping and handling fee

Domestic US Shipping

For locations in the continental USA, we offer Free Economy Shipping on orders of $145 or more (after any discounts have been applied and before any applicable sales tax). This does not apply to HI, AK, Puerto Rico, and international orders.

If a package needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for this cost. We ship orders to the address input by the customer. If an order is marked as "return to sender", if there are any return shipping costs, this will be deducted from the original order total if a refund is to be made.

Most Standard Shipping orders will ship out within 48 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping, generally USPS Priority Mail, unless you select an alternative at checkout.

NOTE: Express Delivery Shipping – At the time of checkout, please see shipping options for expedited shipping rates. Orders placed after 10 AM (MT) or on weekends or holidays will not ship until the next business day. Priority shipping options are delivered on Business days.

  • Example: if an order is placed before 10am MT on Friday for Overnight Shipping, it will be delivered the next business day, on Monday.

Canadian Orders & Shipping

If you reside in Canada, you can order directly from us at Harmony783.com. Orders are usually shipped via FedEx, and shipping rates are shown at checkout. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Customers are responsible for all customs, duty, and any clearance charges. If you are unsure of what these costs may be, please reach out to your local agencies for a better idea of the estimated costs, as this is out of the jurisdiction of the US.

International Orders – Shipping and Handling Charges

International orders (outside of the USA and Canada) are shipped via FedEx Economy Shipping. Please make sure you provide us with an accurate shipping address, as Harmony 783 is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. If a package needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for this cost. All orders placed via email or phone will need to be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.

Customers are responsible for all customs, duty, and any clearance charges. If you are unsure of what these costs may be, reach out to your local agencies for a better idea of the estimated costs, as this is out of the jurisdiction of the US.

Please provide the following information so we can build the order and get an accurate shipping cost quote. Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination. We will email you with an order and shipping total, so you can confirm if you would like to proceed with the order.

  • Full Shipping Address including country (no PO Boxes)

  • Phone Number (requested by shipping carrier for delivery)
  • Shoe(s) with US Size(s) you're planning to order (since the shipping cost is based on weight)
    • Note: The clickable "size guide" on each product page includes equivalent sizing for UK and European sizes compared to our US sizes.

International and Canada Duties and Taxes – IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ

Your order may be subject to additional charges for duties and taxes by the destination country. These charges are not within our jurisdiction and are beyond our control. Duties and taxes will be paid on your behalf by the shipper delivering your shoes and you are required to pay the carrier for these charges in order to receive your order. When you place your international order, you also agree to pay any and all of the taxes and duties which may apply for your country. For more information on duty rates or estimates, please check with your local agencies.

International Exchanges & Returns - outside of the US
