    Highly recommended for elderly people

    I am a 70 yo female. I experienced immediate results from these shoes after using them for about 2 hours while shopping and walking my dog. Results included better mental clarity, more energy, more strength, better balance, less to no achy joints and muscles, no headaches. I am a W size 10 but ordered a half size up because I have a long 2nd toe and it fits just right for me. I ordered the slip on style because I don't like lacing my shoes. I also ordered a 2nd pair W size 11 because I want to wear them with my merino wool socks. They said that the merino wool socks might help to enhance the grounding experience.
