      These grounding shoes and socks are phenomenal. They truly extend my endurance and raise my level of energy. One of the best purchases I've ever made. They do fit snug -- I have very small feet so I ordered the smallest size, which would normally be a little big for me -- but they fit like they were tailor made -- Thank you
