    The Benefits of Grounding

    Pain Relief

Any pain, wound, or inflammatory response heals very differently (and much faster) when the body is electrically grounded.

    Better Sleep & Mood

Grounding regulates cortisol (a stress hormone) and thus enhances sleep & reduces anxiety.

    Better Blood Flow

Electrical harmony means our red blood cells have more room to circulate (less clumping), and our body can move and recover better.

    Felt grounded immediately

I bought the sliders. They fit like a glove, molded to my feet. Wore them instead of my usual sandals to walk my dog. When dog began pulling me, I was able to stand my ground and maintain my balance with this extra strength in my legs and arms. Never had that happen with my usual sandals where I would lose my balance and fall. This product literally grounded me to the ground. Even the dog noticed the difference.

    Very comfortable

Its one of the most comfortable slides I bought, it runs small though if you have a wide foot

    Mostly comfortable, good fit.

These slides fit well, as they have a bit of stretch in the fabric. I think I'll enjoy them this summer. They are a bit heavier than I expected. They also have an odd lump under the ball of the foot that will take some getting used to. I don't know why it's there. Because of this lump the toes aren't quite on the ground - it's a little hard to explain, but feels odd. I hope they are really grounding, but it will take a test to confirm that.
